1. Processing & Fulfilment

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving payment confirmation.

  • During peak periods, processing times may be extended. If delays occur, we will notify you via email.

2. Shipping Destinations & Rates

We currently only ship within the UK and Poland. Shipping rates are as follows:

  • Standard UK Shipping (£4.99 or free for orders over £50) → 2-4 business days

  • Standard Poland Shipping (£14.99) → 5-10 business days

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as courier delays or customs processing.

3. Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO).

  • Hustle Bars are only available for UK delivery. Customers in Poland can only order apparel and accessories.

4. Order Tracking

  • All orders include tracking information, which will be provided via email once your order has shipped.

  • You can track your order using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

5. Lost or Stolen Packages

  • If your package is marked as "Delivered" but you have not received it, please check with neighbors and your local courier.

  • Hustle is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered. However, if your package is lost in transit, contact us at team@hustlebars.co.uk, and we will assist you in filing a claim.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at team@hustlebars.co.uk within 7 days of delivery.

  • Please provide your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

7. Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders can only be modified or canceled within 12 hours after placement. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be changed or canceled.
